Home Use or Institutional Use

Purchasing for PERSONAL/HOME use implies that the DVD will be used by an individual and will not be used in a library, screened in any academic or classroom setting, or screened at a public event. ACADEMIC/ INSTITUTIONAL orders allow for library and classroom use. Purchase of the DVD does not give one the right to charge admission for a screening. Copyright

The DVD may not in any way be duplicated, altered, broadcast, electronically transmitted, digitized, edited, or shown where an admission fee is charged without our prior written permission. Violation of copyright laws is a federal crime. It is also unethical.

Shipping within US & Canada

All prices include shipping within the United States. Orders of 1-2 DVD's are shipped via USPS First-Class mail. Orders of 3 or more DVD's are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Most orders generally take 10-12 business days, but please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery just in case.

International Purchases

International orders require additional shipping fees. Shipping prices per each DVD (US dollars):

Please select the appropriate international shipping button to add the necessary shipping fees to your order. If ordering multiple DVDs the international shipping fees will need to be applied for each DVD purchased. (For example, if purchasing two DVD's to be shipped to Norway, the total shipping would be $9.00. When selecting the quantity for international shipping choose 2 so that the total international shipping fee will be $9.00.)

DVD's are shipped via the US Postal Service. We are not responsible for customs fees or confiscated orders. Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have specific language you need on the package for customs, please contact us directly: info@dispensingcannabis.com.

DVD Format

The DVD is formatted to work in NTSC players within all region codes, meaning it should work in most systems around the world that accept NTSC. However, all DVDs are different, and some players, especially older ones, have difficulty playing some DVD formats. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues, and recommend playing a DVD in multiple decks before assuming it is defective.

Returns

If you think your DVD is defective, we will gladly replace it. Please note that DVDs are not a consistent media and therefore compatibility issues may arise with specific DVD players. Before returning your DVD we recommend playing it in multiple decks to assess if the problem is with the DVD or if it's a compatibility issue. We will exchange a DVD for a new one but do not offer cash refunds.
